Weight loss effective method without workout or too much physical activity

Want to know how to lose weight without having to go to the gym or too much physical activity? The GM diet may help. Please follow this diet only at your discretion and if you have any health problems, consult your doctor. It is only recommended but it is your choice to follow it. The weight loss method in the GM diet is very effective. In my first week, I followed this diet and lost around 4 kgs in a week. But the second week it was much harder to control the food cravings, and instead of losing I gained 5 kgs. So effectively, I gained 1kg. The third week, I gained two more kgs. So total three kgs instead of losing because it was very difficult for me to follow the diet. So what I did was I had a healthy breakfast and ate good amount of food to my satisfaction and then for the rest of the day followed the diet. This helped in losing 1-1.5 kg every week. So in around 6 weeks I lost around 6 kgs. Then I stopped the diet and was holding onto the same weight consistenly by eating regular food. You can try this if you really want to lose weight to your required goal and then stop. But to maintain consistency after losing, you need to eat healthy food which is low in calories. It can be done because if you are successful for 6 weeks in following the diet (healthy breakfast + rest of the GM diet), then it is much easier to reduce your fat intake.
